Enhancement Works at Existing Buildings

If there will be works that improve the operational performance of your existing building, depending on the scope, scale and schedule of the works, you can consider pursuing a certification with either Comprehensive Scheme or Selective Scheme of BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0.

The BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0 Comprehensive Scheme enables buildings to assessed multiple aspects simultaneously.
